Most meal prep services prioritize convenience and cost. We prioritize quality first, always — even when it's more expensive to do so. Every ingredient is something we can name and stand behind. We're not the cheapest option in Indianapolis. We're the best one.
Orders close Thursday evening for the following week's delivery. This gives us time to source the freshest possible ingredients for your specific meals — we don't prep in bulk in advance.
Yes — delivery is included in all weekly plans and covers the Indianapolis area. Exact delivery zones are confirmed when you place your order. Reach out if you're unsure whether your address qualifies.
Yes — we cook without dairy. That's simply how we operate, not a special accommodation. Each dish is labeled so you can see exactly what's in it before you order.
Meals stay fresh for 4–5 days refrigerated. Most freeze well for up to 3 months. Because we don't use preservatives, we recommend consuming them fresh for the best experience.
Our minimum is 5 meals per week — that's our entry plan at $100. We don't offer à la carte ordering. This keeps our prep focused and ensures every meal you receive meets our full standard of quality.
